Eleva Loyalty helps businesses create and manage digital loyalty cards, rewards, customer records, and wallet links. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials, subscription details, and billing status. Merchants may also add customer information such as customer name, phone number, email address, birthday, reward points, wallet card status, and loyalty activity.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the loyalty platform, create wallet card links, manage customers and rewards, send service messages, process support requests, improve the product, protect accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

WhatsApp Messaging

If a merchant chooses to send a wallet card or service notification by WhatsApp, we use the customer phone number and message content needed to deliver that communication through WhatsApp Business Platform. Merchants are responsible for having permission to contact their customers.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Wallet card data may be shared with Apple or Google when a customer saves a card to their wallet. This can include program name, customer name, member ID, QR/barcode value, points balance, tier, and wallet design assets.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, messaging, analytics, email, and wallet pass delivery. These providers only receive information needed to perform their services.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet business and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Merchants can request deletion of their account or customer data.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Customers may also contact the merchant that issued their loyalty card.
